One of our Performance Managers will reach out to you and will walk you through our services, learn more about your property goals, and determine the plan that best suits you: a Launch Setup to set your listing up or a Full Service Management if you want us to handle everything.

Create and publish your listings across major OTAs

Do you manage properties in every location?

Right now we offer full-service property management in select areas, including California, New York and Florida.

Whether you’re managing one unit or an entire portfolio, our local operations team ensures smooth day-to-day management, including cleanings, restocking, inspections, and emergency support.

Where are your office or service locations?

Do you manage long-term or mid-term rentals?

Yes. We support mid-term and long-term stays for clients who want to reduce turnover, tap into traveling professionals, or meet local housing demand. We adjust pricing and strategy based on the market and your goals, whether it’s 30-day stays or seasonal placements.

Do you provide management for condos or HOA properties?

Yes. We work with individual condo owners as well as HOAs and multi-unit owners. Our services include full property oversight: guest screening, cleaning, coordination with building rules, and monthly reporting. If you manage a building or board and want short-term rental income without the chaos, we offer structured solutions tailored to your setup.

How many properties do you manage?

We manage a select portfolio of 60 short-term rentals and boutique units across USA and Europe. Our model is focused on quality over quantity, allowing us to provide personalized attention, premium service, and consistently high performance for every owner we partner with.

We offer two flexible service models, depending on your needs:

The Launch Setup is great for owner that want to host themselves but are not quite sure how to start. We build and launch your listing with professional photos, optimized pricing, OTA strategy, and platform setup so you can manage the rest with confidence.

We also offer a Full-Service Management for hands-off owners, where we manage their entire rental marketing and operations for them. This plan includes: listing creation and channel distribution, revenue optimization with dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, housekeeping and maintenance coordination, owner reporting and performance insights.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We believe in earning your trust month after month , not locking you into rigid terms. You’re free to cancel your Dream agreement at any time with 30 days’ notice. We just ask that you honor any guest reservations already booked during that period.

This way, you stay flexible while we focus on long-term results.

Do you offer damage protection for vacation rentals?

Yes, we provide access to damage protection solutions through trusted insurance partners and third-party providers.

Whether you’re looking to protect against accidental guest damage (like broken furniture or spills) or want broader structural and liability coverage, we can connect you with professionals who specialize in short-term rental protection.

Are there restrictions on how often I can use my home?

Absolutely not, it’s your property, and you can use it whenever you’d like.

You’re welcome to block off dates for personal use directly in your owner portal. Just make sure your stay doesn’t overlap with confirmed guest reservations, and you’re good to go. Our system makes it easy to plan around your calendar.

How do you advertise my property?
